A Card Inspired By Pinterest

The card that I'm sharing today was inspired by a card that I saw on Pinterest. You can see the inspiration card and visit the card makers blog HERE.


The stamps used
 Stampin Up: The Open Sea stamp set  and Hardwood background stamp.
Snippets of left over Kraft card to make the wood-grain frame, the anchor and the birthday banner.
Scrap of Map paper from my paper stash.

I'm entering this card in the  Pixie's Snippets Playground Challenge

    I love the sailing ships, and this SU set is one of my favs. I love the hint of blue in the sky & sea, and the 'teak wood' round that porthole. Wonderful masculine card ...great job too. TFS & Hugs
