You Should Try This New Card Making Technique

I'm a big fan of The Penny Black Blog and love all the card making ideas that they share each week.
On February 17th they showed a new "Creative Dies Dimensional' technique.  Click on the link and it should take you to the Penny Black blog post.

Here  is the card that I created using this new technique.

I used watercolor paper as the base and painted it using my aqua brush and some Broken China colored  Distress Ink.

I followed the instructions from the video and used four layered  die-cut. This flower die is from Memory Box.

Distress Ink and my aqua brush were used to paint the flowers, leaves and stems before the whole flower die-cut was glued to the card base.

I dyed the rayon seam binding ribbon by using the pink Distress Ink that was used to paint the flowers and a little water. Dried it quickly by using a heat gun.

Have a great day and I  hope you'll check out the instructions for using  this new watercolor technique and make a new card, then leave me a comment and tell me how you liked it.

Ta Ta For Now,
Kathy
